What a difference a year makes

I can’t believe a year ago i was working my tail off at the hospital, in grad school and not staring at this beautiful rock all day long.  What a difference a year makes.  About 11 months ago JB brought me to the beautiful dallas arboretum , got down on one knee , took his hand in mine, and asked me to be his bride. That day definitely competes with my wedding day and to be honest I couldn’t pick which one I like better because it was just as sweet as sugar.  Plus there’s no stress involved in an engagement … you just sit back and take the all the love in. When I thought things couldn’t get better — he surprised me with a room at the Ritz in downtown Dallas and as soon as we checked in his parents had sent a sweet note up to our room  with champagne!  We celebrated with family and best friends and began what is still the best meal of my life … at the Ritz’s Fearings private wine room.  Joy joy joy … i don’t think i stopped smiling.  The next day I woke up to a massage at their spa and thought (and still think) how grateful i am for who God put in my life. and how blessed I am to share it with JB Tucker.
here i am being a ham wondering why JB has sweaty hands.
