School Drop off/ pick up outfits for moms

I’ve been so excited to share this post with y’all!  I teamed up with two of my faves – Britt from Southern Mama Guide and Stephanie from Olive and Tate to share drop off/pick up /pta meeting styles.  Honestly, I don’t usually drop my kids off, but I’m always picking them up.  I do early mornings when there’s a special, or if I’m headed to chapel with them, or if JB has an early appointment. The boys go to school where my husband went to school, so he loves to be on campus!  I am generally in my workout clothes if I am dropping off, but if I’m headed a little later to help out with class or go to chapel, I usually put in a little more effort.  I say usually because there’s definitely been times where I have regretted my roll out of bed look – most memorably it’s been when my kids have begged me to go to chapel and I had a hat on and realized that a little too late.  My hair needed that hat, both of those times.  But church (:

Britt, Steph and I had a couple different looks in mind when we were thinking about this post – pulled together pajamas, headed to the PTA meeting, athleisure  cozy romper, jeans/tee/ballcap.  I love a good uniform, and having an idea of what I’m going to toss on does help my day run a little smoother.

Athleisure

{$10 sneakers // spanx leggings c/o // h&m top // veronica deore sunglass chain // sunglasses // sweater is target }

I never thought I would show a sliver of tummy after two kids (one, sure.  two?  that was a different story!).  But the trick is to do the high waisted spanx active leggings, and pair with one that really only reveals a bit of tummy.

Pulled together Pajama

{tretorn // clairebella tote (you can have it say whatever you want and get another option on the back!) masters hat I stole from my husband // jcrew factory stripe shirt // joggers}

Tennis Fridays

I’m wearing an old/out of stock new balance x j. crew set.  but LOVE my fanny pack for holding tennis balls.  I don’t love the look of keeping them in the short pockets.  The fanny pack holds about four balls.

cute romper

I love this romper!  I paired it with these in the video – walmart sandals and this draper james crossbody}.

Hope you enjoyed this post – I sure had fun putting it together!  Can’t wait to see what Britt puts together – and you can find Stephs here.
