This little concoction is what I give Tuck around 10am, when I too, need a little blood sugar pick me up.
Here’s what’s in it:
- 1 cup of coconut or almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1 packet of his honest vitamins
- 1 spoonful of Almond Butter – Justin’s – it is basically crack to both of us.
Mix it all up and put it in a sippi with a straw! Happy Toddler (:
