A pregnancy questionnaire + 5 little preggas things

A couple people have asked if I’d do a “pregnancy questionnaire”.  So here it is y’all!  And if you have any preggas questions you’d like me to answer, leave them in the comments please.

How far along? 26 weeks
How big is baby? Haven’t had an ultrasound in a few weeks (back then he was weighing almost 1 and a half pounds!)  So I imagine at least two pounds now.

Total weight gain/loss:  20 pounds!  I thought it not possible.  My doctor said she wanted me to gain anywhere from 30-40 lbs.  Clearly, I’m working on it.  (:

Maternity clothes? I have one pair of maternity pants.  I wear maxis, dresses with some stretch, and lower rise jeans with a little stretch to them too.

Sleep: like a baby.  crazy dreams though!

Best moment this week: catching JB hanging out in the nursery room because “it’s my favorite room now!”

Movement: He’s a very busy guy.

Food cravings:  I’ve had lots of shrimp!  and in georgia, I wanted okra so bad I made my sister come with me at 9 at night to find some.

Food Aversions: none really

Gender: It’s a boy!!

Labor Signs:  Not that I know of.

Pregnancy Symptoms:  Well, a few of you know I threw up pretty much everyday of my pregnancy from 6 weeks until two weeks ago.  Now it’s about once a week, and I’ll take it.  I get the occasional migraine but really feel thankful as none of my symptoms have been debilitating.  Even when I was barfing my lunch all of the time, I knew there was no way I’d not do this again.  Also, I read my books and they’re like at week 24 you may experience {things that made my eyes be as big as saucers}… and I don’t.  So, me = thankful.

Belly Button in or out? it’s making it’s way on out.

What I miss:  a margarita.  which is funny since I rarely had them before.

What I am looking forward to: meeting this guy!

Upcoming appointments/events:  I have an appointment in a week.  Just a normal check up (:

Milestones: having strangers ask when I’m due.  i like that.  for now.

and a few other random preggas things:

1.  I made my mom go through every ingredient on Honest and homegirl approves!!  Which is basically like a pre christmas miracle.  We got our trial diapers last week and they’re too adorable.  and tiny.  holy smokes!

{baseball gifts from kendall, kip, taylor and grandma}
{bunny outfit from grandma and blabla doll from the everygirls}
{the softest onesie i’ve ever felt from NOLA’s own Pippen Lane}
{boxer shorts from etsy}

2.  i’m finding lots of cute babe clothes.  or should i say my friends are.  and yes, babe boy clothes.  in the beginning I was such a snob about boys clothes.   in perry, georgia this weekend I stumbled upon the cutest little baby store – Sugar Plum Tree.  They said they should have their site up this week!  They have an adorable brick store with a pink door on Perry’s main street.

{under the sea:  handmade onesies from Emily, gap, presents from allison, and jeanne}
oh and LOLA

{cutest accessories from Bridget, Shannon, and Stephanie}

{my pup and and some pups for my le petit bebe}

{and my collection of clothes JB calls “things that will make our boy blush one day” …
yet, JB still admits they are cute.  i love me some smocked baby clothes!}
#3.  The nursery!  Well, it’s all painted.  just a nice neutral linen.  We’ve bought a mattress, and though it has yet to be babe tested, it is organic and only $107!  thank you amazon for always being insanely cheaper than the competition.   We’ve also bought this  adorable map.  Thanks to this boys nursery and this photo on pinterest.  Things are coming along!
#4.  Our shower is at Shoogie Boogie’s in December.  That place is the cutest ever.  Thrown by my southern mamas + bff’s.  But to be honest, I feel like I’ve already been showered.
#5.  I am about to hyperventilate with excitement.  that aint no joke.

Have some preggas questions for me?  please leave them in the comments or formspring works great too.
