Honeyami  blanket
Tuck loves the fresh laundry right out of the dryer.  My dad always used to pour it on me, and I would snuggle down.  keeping that tradition (:
The little giraffe bear towel is wesleys but tuck has since taken it for his own and loves to rawr around the house with it.
tuck has the best bedhead
obsessed with that boys little smile!
and these rolls!
our hero.
ever the little daddy, always making sure Wesley has a blanky!
earlier in the week, before the dreaded allergies/colds.  there were sprinklers during wesleys first morning nap!
I die over these coordinating cozies myfirstyears sent us!
Happy Friday!  I can’t believe it’s June.  Happy, Happy June!  I am such a summer baby, so I love this time of year.  It’s easier to love when we’re not sick though! Tuck has a cold, or it could be allergies, and it seems like wesley got a bit of it too.  My mother is in Europe and this week is further proof that even at 31, you never stop needing and missing your mom.  Particularly when you’re sick – but especially-especially when your babies are sick!  Thankfully they do seem on the mend, it’s friday, and my babies are extra cuddly.
a few links and life lately bits:
I couldn’t love slow parenting any more.
I love this lamp.  I think I’ve stared at it for way longer than anyone should ever contemplate a lamp.
The invitations for Wesley’s Sip and See are out!  These are the ones I picked.  I love that we’ll all be toasting to Wesley that day.  I hope I take a lot of photos to show him when he’s older.  Working on all the fun party stuff now – y’all were so great with your suggestions on Instagram.
Here are some of my favorite party shops, thanks to your suggestions!
A fabulous fete – I splurged on these
Working on a nursing wardrobe aka anything that clips or buttons down …

so happy for amanda!  peonies + perfect baby girl = the best kind of announcement
Tuck is all finished with ISR! no floaties for that kid.  more importantly, we can have more peace of mind around the water.  One little kid before his lesson was always scared, and so tuck would sit on the side of the pool and cheer him on.  The little guy would look up at Tuck after he floated or swam, waiting for tucks “yay” and claps, and of course Tuck always obliged.  He’s also obsessed with giving his shark soapsox swim lessons in the tub at night.  Hearing him count to ten, and watching him flip the shark on his back to make him float is just the cutest.  I am so proud of him for learning to swim!
Wesley is such a piggie, as our doctor calls him.  I love it!  He is gaining about two ounces a day, and we’ll find out next week, but may have already doubled his birth weight.  I started taking the honest lactation pills as soon as I was home from the hospital this time around, and so maybe that has something to do with it.  He also eats. all. the. time.  so who knows!
life with two is truly batty at times.  but I would not change it, and I totally want to add more in…later.  I also could not imagine raising them with anyone else.  He loves his boys soooooo much!
thanks for tolerating all my naptime pics on instagram.  I have a real problem posting so many!  but I just can’t believe they’re napping together.  it’s bananas.  such a gift for me, from God who knew how freaked out I was about nap time with two.
hope you all have a great weekend!!
xx
