Antioxidant packed salad

{goes great with a glass of red wine in an olivia pope wine glass}

JB asks for this salad all the time.  I usually add in strawberries but didn’t have any on hand this time.

It contains:
1 large organic mixed green bag
10 figs (sliced half way and roasted for 15 minutes at 350 with olive oil drizzled)
2 avocados
one little box of organic blueberries
pine nuts (sometimes I use walnuts)
honey goat cheese 
a little balsamic glaze on top 
then I use this mixer to make the salad dressing which I just put off to the side so people can dress their own salads:  
1 part balsamic vinegar
2 parts extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
 raw honey to taste
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
salt and pepper
Yum!  lots of antioxidants and so delicious!
