in love with this dress!  it's made of the most luxurious silk and the beading is just right.  Love that I can wear it during the day dressed down a bit with flats or take it up a notch for a night out.  It also looks great being pairing with my Camilyn Beth Swag.  I pretty much pair that cozy swagg with everything when there's any sort of chill in the air...

In other news, we decided on a long weekend trip to New York City next weekend.
I haven't been there since my 23rd birthday ... many years ago (:
Places I must get reservations at?  Things I must do?  please. and a million thank you's.
xxoo
hope you all have the happiest of weekends!

  1. That dress is so pretty, it looks so soft.

Yay to you coming to New York! There are so many places to go, my list goes on and on. My current favorite for dinner is Buvette on Grove St. in the West Village. It's French, small plates, and everything is wonderful. If you'd like to see a really good improv or sketch show, go to UCB. Weekend shows are $10. And if I remember correctly, JB likes craft beers (is that creepy to remember that?) you should definitely check out 124 Old Rabbit Club, it's a craft beer speakeasy!

  3. My favorite New York stops:
    1) Max Brenner's in union square for white chocolate chai
    2) the sale section of Club Monaco on 5th Avenue

I'll be at both this weekend. :) Have fun!

  5. Love this dress! So exciting you are coming to NYC. Dress warm (most importantly). There is this restaurant called Piccolo Angelo (621 Hudson Street) seriously BEST Italian food in NYC (coming from the girl who mother is right off the boat) and from following your blog I know you love Italian food (stalkerish? Sorry!). The place isn't that nice and it is very small and loud BUT the food is phenomenal. If you want seafood (lobster especially) try Ocean Grill (384 Columbus Ave) then make your way to Levain Bakery (167 West 74th) for the a mind blowing chocolate chip chocolate cookie. Enjoy your trip!
