Next we have the stunning Anna from In Honor of Design! Enjoy!!
Sarah, thank you for making this such a fun topic. It made me stop and reflect about that past few years.
I am heading towards the end of my twenties, and I can tell you it has been quite an adventure. Never expected to hit so many major milestones! I would be lying if I said I have been the same person throughout my twenties. Luckily, life events can change you, and hopefully its for the better. I am thankful for both the highs and the lows.
Earned an art studio degree.
Married my first love (whom I fall for every day).
Found our first home.
Had a baby boy (Gabriel Joseph) and experienced love at first sight.
Moved across the country.
Started my own business.
Experienced natural birth, and had a baby girl (Veronica Rose).
Moved back across the country.
Lost loved ones.
Learning and still learning how to be a mother.
These were the major ones. Hundreds of little ones fall in between. I got to experience all of this with my husband, Gabe, and each experience has taught us something new, but mainly, we don't have control over our lives. Ultimately, I learned that I have the will to make the most of what is given to me, to be grateful for my blessings, and to keep my head high. When you look up, you won't miss the beauty that is passing you by:) I admit, I don't want them to end. I decided at my 25th birthday I would stay 25 forever.
I would love to know, what did you learn (or are you learning) in your twenties??
